We begin the day today with the sun and uranus still in conjunction, so energy is still primed for unusual, erratic, unexpected, out of the ordinary occurrences, behavior, encounters and interactions with others. Vibes today may feel much different than what we experienced yesterday, however, as the moon in cancer forms a conjunction to the black moon, triggering shadow side energy. Today we may feel as though things are a bit out of our control and and we may feel somewhat insecure and unsupported. The black moon in cancer brings up issues surrounding giving and receiving love, care, nurturing, security and support. We may feel as though its us against the world today and like our contribution is under valued or under appreciated. It may also trigger insecurities around how and if we can truly support ourselves going forward. Fears, worries, doubts and insecurities pertaining to our ability to care for ourselves and others are also possible. Breakthroughs are happening in this energy though and we should keep in mind that the feelings that come up now are likely more of our current perception than actual fact. This is highly emotional black moon energy and may be pulling us into the depths of our own feelings. Like all moon aspects, this will pass by the weekend as the moon completes her transit through cancer. This energy is helping to show us our own insecurities in regards to our self love and our ability to be self reliant and regulate our own emotions.

The moon in cancer today will also form a square to both venus and Chiron in the sign of Aries. We may find ourselves attempting to self sooth or remedy the black moon energy today through indulging in various passions and pleasures. We may sort of feel like doing whatever we want to today in order to make ourselves feel better. The square to Chiron may also be triggering some deep wounds, again perhaps emphasizing anywhere we feel unappreciated or unsupported. Relationships and finances are likely to be prominent themes in the enegy today. Actively engaging in self care and making our own well being a priority is the best ways to navigate this heavier energy. Despite how it may feel right now, energy today is actually pushing us to embrace the future and break away from some beliefs, mindsets or traditions of the past that are no longer aligned with us. We are in very fated and divinely aligned energy this cycle and even if we find ourselves navigating shadows today, the truth is we are moving towards the light.
